FIQH REVIEW OF THE MLINJO WAGE SYSTEM IN SOCO VILLAGE, SLOGOHIMO DISTRICT, WONOGIRI DISTRICT, CENTRAL JAVA

Abstract

ABSTRACT

In the wage of mlinjo stripping in Soco Village, what is practiced is that the employer (who has a mlinjo stripping business) provides wages to the mlinjo stripping workers, the employer gives the workers the wages after they finish doing the work, but there are often delays in paying wages to the workers. The wages they received varied, among others, in 1 day peeling 5 kg of wages was Rp. 4500 there are also 5 kg in 1 day getting a wage of Rp. 3500, in 2 days of peeling 10 kg, get a wage of Rp. 7000 there are also in 2 days peeling 10 Kg get a wage of Rp. 8000, in 3 days 20 kg will get Rp. 14000 also in 3 days 20 Kg get Rp. 14000.

          Seeing the above problems, the writer formulates the problem and aims to find out: [1] Fiqh review of the Mlinjo stripping transaction in Soco Village [2] Fiqh review of determining the level of Mlinjo stripping wages in Soco Village.

          This research is a type of field research research (field research). Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques. Then the data were analyzed using the inductive method.

          The results of this study conclude that: The Mlinjo Wage Transaction in Soco Village is valid according to Fiqh, because even though the wage is not mentioned at the beginning, it has become a habit for local residents and local residents who already know the habit of transacting wages. In accordance with the rules of العَادَةُ مُحَكَّمَةٌ from the second formula, the results of the Mlinjo Stripping Wage Determination in Soco Village are valid according to Fiqh. Because even though the wages they receive are fluctuating and the amount of the wages is not stated at the beginning of work, it has become a custom in settling workers' wages, both parties are mutually willing. In accordance with the Hadith إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ عَنْ تَرَاضٍ
