Abstract

This study discusses the tourism and its relationship with the government of religious institutions in making legal policy. In order for this literature research is quite comprehensive, the authors use analysis-descriptive theory. The goal is to know the objects that do not get a certificate from the MUI even though it remains in conformity with the criteria provided by DSN MU.
